APPLICATION PROCESS
Step 1
Email to set up an inspection date.
Step 2
Inspect the property. After you inspect, if you would like us to hold the property we need a 1 week holding deposit (that would be refunded) and then you would need to complete the Tenancy Application Form.
Step 3
Fill in Tenancy Application Form (available on this website) or just email the relevant information in a different format. Or hand in at your inspection time if you decide on the spot. We will also need to sight the original and keep a photocopy of your driving licence or passport (photo I.D.) so please bring them with you. If you don't have a rental or employment history just provide two references so we can confirm your ID and general trustworthiness and reliability.
Step 4
References checked! Tenancy Application approved!
Step 5
Lease documents signed. 4 weeks' rent bond and 2 weeks’ rent payable immediately. Bond will be lodged with NSW Fair Trading and will be refunded if the property is returned at the end of the lease in the same condition it was rented in. Rent paid fortnightly in advance.
Please note that, as much as we would like to, we can’t hold the property for you without your inspection, our acceptance of your application, and signing of a lease that is legally binding.
